Description

TEKOROL PVC film for food packaging (sometimes called “cling film”) has the unique property of permeating water vapor and carbon dioxide, limiting the penetration of oxygen into the package. This feature of the film leads to the absence of condensation on the surface of the product, which has a beneficial effect on the appearance of the product, and also significantly extends the period of its sale (~ 4 times).
For this ability, the film was named “breathing”.

This film has a number of advantages over polyethylene films or other types of packaging:

  • contact with food is allowed;
  • has the property of reversible stretching – after wrapping, the stretch film tends to return to its original state, thus fastening the goods together;
  • due to the ability to pass water vapor – no condensation occurs;
  • the shelf life of products increases, since there are no conditions for the development of bacteria with this type of packaging;
  • increased resistance to aggressive environments, including fats;
  • resistance to puncture, punching, as well as stickiness of the film, which facilitates the packaging process;
  • maintaining high strength characteristics at temperature and humidity drops, at low temperatures;
  • excellent optical properties – gloss and transparency.

All films are made both in standard sizes and at the request of the customer with individual parameters – film width, number of meters per roll, film color, use of carton core with the customer’s logo, packing in boxes made according to the customer’s original layouts, etc.

Ideal for shops, cafes, restaurants and home use. The mini-TEKOROL film is successfully used in both home and professional kitchens, it is used in the catering segment, because has all the characteristics of breathable cling film for packaging on professional equipment.

You can order rolls:

  • in a package with your own logo and design;
  • individual packing of each roll of film into a BOPP bag;
  • individual box with perforation or with a safety cutting blade (knife), which allows you to pack products without the use of additional auxiliary equipment (hand wrappers);
  • rolls with a tear-off line of the film (tear-off line perforation) of 400 mm and 800 mm.
