Vacuum bags made of PA / PE film (polyamide 20% / polyethylene 80%) are absolutely harmless to health and are used for reliable and long-term storage of food in airtight conditions.

Food vacuum bags keep food fresh for a long time. They can store fruits, vegetables, meat and fish products, delicacies.

We produce vacuum bags, both smooth and corrugated, with a thickness of 50-100 microns, a height and width of up to 580 mm. The range of standard sizes is very large.

Description

Our company specializes in the production of PA / PE vacuum bags. We manufacture:

  • Smooth vacuum bags: used for chamber packers in production;
  • Corrugated (ribbed) – smooth on one side, and covered with small cells on the other, through which air is sucked off by a vacuum unit: used for manual vacuum sealers in domestic conditions and the HORECA sector.

Smooth bags and corrugated bags are suitable for sous-vide food preparation.

Vacuumation

A special device – household vacuum packaging machine is used to work with vacuum bags.

The product is placed in a bag and then air is pumped out of it, and the bag itself is sealed.

Rules for the use of food corrugated vacuum bags for hand-operated evacuators:

  1. Place food in a clean dry bag.
  2. Try to fill the package as much as possible.
  3. Place the bag in the vacuum drawer with the grooved side down.
  4. Switch on the vacuum unit in automatic mode. The evacuator will evacuate the air and seal the bag.
